The Organic Body

Instabili Vaganti has developed in almost 15 years of research and workshops led all over the world, an intercultural methodology of transmitting its training and research project’s approach, working with actors, performers, dancers, artists of different nationalities and in different kind of site-specific spaces. 

The starting point of this work is the research of the organic quality of movement and action, an essential element for the performer who is seeking for the truth of his acting on stage. Participants will learn to amplify their body’s listening skills in relation to the impulses coming from the external environment and from the group, through individual, in pairs, and collective exercises, exploring some techniques aimed to improve their scenic presence and to acquire the base to build their own physical training and movement research process.
