Our alumni today, are spread across the world and work in countries like - Canada, Malaysia, The UK, The USA.

The alumni works across industries such as journalism, music, films, advertising, marketing, designing, social work, corporates, education, and of course, theatre. In the theatre industry, the fellowship opens doors for roles like stage manager, production manager, curatorial positions, venue management, technical roles and others.

Being a Thespo Fellow at a young age gave me the rare opportunity to creatively contribute to a national-level festival—curating, producing, and organising while learning on the job. It gave me the confidence to build a career in theatre, and the skills to explore different roles in the field. I went on to do my Master’s in the UK, worked independently in various management roles in India and now also work as the producer at Akvarious Productions—a company that also began at Thespo. The connections, experience, and community I found here continue to shape my journey to this day.
